When will I receive my tracking number/order after I complete my purchase?
Please allow 3 days for processing of all orders due to our daily order volume. You can expect to receive your order anywhere from 4-7 business days.
Tracking will be sent the same day you order is shipped off to the email address you provide upon checkout.

Will I receive a confirmation email from Laced Beauty Bar after I order?
Yes, you will receive an email to alert you of order confirmation, shipping status, when your order is out for delivery and delivered.

How secure is my information?
All orders go through PayPal, the safest and securest way to pay for items online. PayPal holds Laced Beauty Bar responsible as well as our customers to ensure that your purchase is secure. We do not receive ANY of your actual card information, only your name, address and order descriptions.
How long is international shipping?
International shipping takes anywhere from 7-14 business days for delivery.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
RETURNS: You have 1 week from the day of delivery to return your order in the EXACT condition it was received in in order to receive a full refund. Anything returned/shipped after 1 week will be eligible for store credit only.
EXCHANGES: If you would like to exchange your order you may send it back to us within 1 week from the day of delivery in its EXACT condition it was received in with an enclosed letter stating your
NAME , REASON FOR RETURN AND ORDER # . Once we receive your package we will issue you a store credit of the amount you originally paid for you to go online and select your new order.

What does 10A hair mean?​
Virgin hair comes in different grades such as 10A and higher. These different grades will determine the quality of the hair. Belle Hair offers top quality 12A (royalty grade) virgin hair which is the best guaranteed pure virgin hair with full cuticles going in the same direction. Our hair blends with every hair type and will last you 1+ years with proper care.
How much hair will I need?
The average person will need 2 bundles of hair if you are getting 10-14 inches long. If you are getting 16-28 inches we suggest that you get 3 bundles to be safe (if you are leaving your edges out all around, inches up to 20 you will only need two bundles). We also suggest that you get the bundles in layer lengths; an example would be 22,24 and 26. Anything over 30 inches you will need at least 4 bundles.
Can I color this hair?
Our hair is 100% virgin hair which has not been processed in any type of way, so yes the hair can be colored. We always suggests consulting a professional stylist that knows color to alter your extensions if you do not get custom color directly from us. Even though our bundles are easy to color, you do not want to risk damaging your hair by using the wrong products.

What products should I use to maintain my hair?
We recommend that you co-wash your hair weekly to keep it in its best condition. Co-washing is when you wash your hair with a cleansing conditioner. Our suggested product for co-washing is AS I AM Coconut Co-wash. You should shampoo twice a month with any Mielle Organics shampoo (https://mielleorganics.com/) or any HYDRATING SULFATE-FREE shampoo. After shampooing please remember to deep condition with a deep conditioner for at least 30 mins-1 hour and you can then apply a leave-in conditioner or oil, and allow your hair to always AIR DRY. The oil we recommend is Renewing Argan Oil of Morocco LIGHT penetrating oil. You can use this oil DAILY to your desire, its so light it will not weigh your hair down.
